GTA 5 release date for the PS4, Xbox One and PC versions have been unveiled!

During Sony's E3 2014 press conference, the PlayStation maker announced that GTA 5 PS4 release date is set for later this year. More specifically, GTA 5 release date for PS4 will happen this fall 2014.

The president and CEO of Sony, Andrew House, shared, "I'm thrilled to announce that Grand Theft Auto 5 for PS4 will launch this fall."

He also revealed that PS4 users will have the opportunity to continue their game progress from their previous GTA 5 activities on PS3 or even the Xbox 360.

Alongside the launch of the PS4 version, Rockstar also confirmed that GTA 5 release date for PC and Xbox One will also happen at some point this fall 2014.

As noted on PC Advisor, Rockstar stated:

"Grand Theft Auto V will take full advantage of the power of the PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC with across-the-board graphical and technical improvements to deliver a stunning new level of detail. Increased draw distances, finer texture details, denser traffic, and enhanced resolutions all work together to bring new life to the cities, towns, deserts and oceans of Rockstar North's epic reimagining of Southern California."
