The "Fantastic Four" reboot is currently shooting in New Orleans. One of the notable images there is the Baxter Building, which is now called the Baxter Institute.

Director Josh Trank has the set in New Orleans. One of the curious incidents during the shoot is how the people of New Orleans were puzzled when they saw New York labeled police cars on the street.

At least they retained something from the source material, because the tone of the reboot sounds like they will revise everything.

As Science Fiction.com states, they follow the Ultimate Universe: What is shown here, however, is the Baxter Institute which to those familiar with the Ultimate Fantastic Four universe will recognize as the building's name change.

With the Ultimate Marvel universe being the basis of the Marvel Cinematic Universe, maybe this is what actress Kate Mara said that this will be 'a very grounded version of a superhero film.'That might make more sense than the movie not having the sci-fi take that it should have."

'Grounded' means they have probably learned from the Fantastic Four movies of the last decade which was heavily criticized:

From IO9: "With those types of big movies, you're directing three movies. There's the movie you're shooting, there's the second-unit action stuff, and there's the visual effects movie. You've got to learn how to deal with all of them.

If you end up in situations and you're not happy with certain things, it's because you didn't stay on top of them."

It seemed like he threw some people under the bus. Well, the key now is for Trank to learn from these mistakes.
