‘Snow White And The Huntsman 2’ To Remove Kristen Stewart Because Her Fame Has ‘Weakened?’ Sequel To Possibly Focus On Chris Hemsworth Alone

Fans who are looking forward to 'Snow White and the Huntsman 2' might be disappointed that there's a possibility for Kristen Stewart to be removed from the sequel. Although no official announcement has been made yet regarding the sequel, producers are eyeing the project for thr first movie made nearly $400 million out of a $170 million-budget.

As per The Wrap, 'Snow White and the Huntsman 2' will not be directed anymore by Rupert Sanders. It can be remembered that Stewart's brief affair with the married director caused her break up with Robert Pattinson. Frank Darabont of 'The Shawshank Redemption' will possibly replace Sanders.

Cinema Blend reports that the sequel will solely focus on the Huntsman and should Snow White return, her appearance will "likely be limited to a cameo or a handful of brief scenes." Without its female protagonist, the spinoff will reportedly be called just 'The Huntsman.'

Stewart's dismissal from the project is allegedly because Universal Pictures thinks that her fame is not as stellar anymore as compared to her 'Twilight' days. Her kissing spree with Sanders likewise did not help her image. Hemsworth, on the other hand, continues to be in demand following his roles in 'Thor' and 'Avengers.'

While the brunette beauty will possibly not come back for the sequel, Charlize Theron will do so as Queen Ravenna. Many have praised the chemistry of Theron and Hemsworth on screen. Fans are wondering whether Theron will be able to get out of the magic mirror.

'Snow White and the Huntsman 2' will reportedly have a 2016 release.
