Harry Styles Twitter Slip Leads To #HarryDontLickAnything Trend; One Direction Crooner Replaces X-Rated Post With Pictures Of Baby Animals

Harry Styles Twitter slip prompted his fans to start the #HarryDontLickAnything trend. The Twitter hashtag surfaced when the One Direction crooner hit the "Favorite" button of an explicit pornographic picture.

The tweet shows a close up shot of a female's intimate body part which comes with an equally provocative caption: "oops:p RETWEET if you'd lick me clean ;-)"

Although Harry Styles' Twitter account did not retweet the sexually suggestive post, clicking the "Favorite" button made the post appear on his account's "Favorites" page. Such page is visible to his 21.2 million followers who are mostly comprised of young adults.

The original tweet has been posted on May 22 by a user named '@itsf**ckingjess.' Some fans chastised their idol for the tweet. Several #HarryDontLickAnything memes have surfaced following the incident. Fans who deemed the incident funny also came up with #ThankYouForMakingUsLaughHarry hashtags.

The most recent Harry Styles' Twitter slip is a far cry from what he said during his interview with We Love Pop magazine: "You just have to be aware and not share too much. Tweet as if your grandma is going to read it!"

Meanwhile, Styles has not yet addressed the issue although he wrote a post saying: "Sooooo...The weather?"

His band mate Louis Tomlinson likewise retorted with a hilarious tweet: "@Harry_Styles you sleep on the couch tonight and think about what you've done!"

Following Harry Styles' Twitter slip, he appears to have removed the post from his list of "Favorites" and replaced it with several photos of kittens and puppies.
