In celebration of the Korean military's 64th anniversary, the 62nd Victory Battle Chuncheon Festival took place on Friday at 6:30 PM at the outdoor stage in Waterfront Park, Chuncheon.

While Psy stole the show once more, other artists including KCM, the Untouchables, Kim Bo Kyung and NS Yoonji attended.

Previously, Psy performed a free concert in front of Seoul City Hall with 80,000 audience members. During this event, he danced to "Gangnam Style" and danced with the soldiers. 

Psy, who served in the Defense Public Relations Support from 2007 to 2009, decided to perform without pay, despite his incredibly busy schedule.

Psy is to attend the 17th Busan International Film Festival on Saturday and is to perform on stage.
