Due to the recent Rain-Kim Tae Hee crisis, Rain's military leaves and 'special treatment' has been gaining much attention.

With the crisis getting bigger, Rain has now been referred to the disciplinary committee for his actions.

Many believe that he will be given restrictions on his leaves and excursions outside of the military.

Celebrity armies are allowed 75 days of leaves and normal citizens are allowed 43.

However, Rain has used already 94 days of leave since he entered the army in 2011.

It was also revealed that other celebrity soldiers used more then the allowed amount, but did not create a huge gap like Rain's.

However, it seems that all those days were all for special cases such as music recordings and work related situations. His actual holiday leave days he did not use at all.

There also seems to be a trend of celebrity soldiers staying out overnight before returning to the base, which is usually not allowed.

The fact that their base is about an hour away from Seoul and yet they are staying overnight in Seoul is also a problem.

It seems that although Rain has violated many rules, it looks like other celebrities have also bent the rules a bit as well.
