Samsung Galaxy S6 Battery Problems: Tips To Prevent Massive Power Loss Here

The design may be really a game changer for Samsung since they rolled out the Samsung Galaxy S6 but functionality may have suffered a bit for the company as battery problems were experienced by some users from the new phone.

In a recent report by Tech Radar, the site pointed out how the company downplayed their battery game from having 2800mAh of power down to 2550mAh. This allowed the phone to have a slimmer battery pack to be included in the slimmer design.

The site also pointed out how battery problems continue to rise after the company removed one of the most engaging features of a removable battery.

With that said, Digital Trends rolled out a list of workarounds for Samsung Galaxy S6 users who are experiencing battery problems.

According to the site, it would be of help if users turn off features or apps running in the background that aren't really used on a regular basis.

In addition to this, adjusting the screen brightness to the lowest possible setting could also prolong the battery life.

Another possible solution is by checking the battery usage of your device and see if there are apps that use a lot of energy that may consume the battery life. Turning off notifications and auto-updates could also help a lot.

Cleaning the Cache partition could also help.

"Turn your S6 off, then hold down Power, Volume up, and Home together. You'll get the recovery menu, and you can use the Volume buttons to highlight wipe cache partition, and then hit the Power button to select it. When it's done, you want to highlight reboot system now with the Volume buttons, and then press Power to select it."

Furthermore, other tips were given by WCCF Tech, wherein they pointed out the possibility of doing a factory reset of the phone could help with the overall performance of your Samsung Galaxy S6 and potentially help with battery problems.
