Every month, Sony announces free games for download for their loyal PS Plus subscribers and the company never fails to amaze gamers with the long list of quality games they put up every month.
For the month of January, what could Sony possibly offer their PS Plus subscribers for the free games?
A prediction report from Gospel Herald revealed a long list of games that could actually be included for January 2016.
According to the report, rumors pointed out that games such as "PES (Pro Evolution Soccer) 2016" and Telltale Games title "Back To The Future" could appear for the PS3.
On the other hand, the site also noted that Sony could possibly consider releasing another Vote To Play option for their fans, as they could dictate what free games should come for the PS Plus program in January 2016.
Furthermore, a PlayStation Forum also revealed other speculations and rumors for the possible free games for the PS Plus on the first month of 2016.
According to the members of the forum, "Watch Dogs" and "Ragnarok Odyssey Ace" could be available for the PS3, "Grim Fandango Remastered" and "Senran Kagura Shinobi Versus" for the PS Vita, while an indie game and "Amplitude" could be available for download on the PS4.
Meanwhile, other rumors suggest that new game "The Banner Saga" could be available for a limited time free download after Sony announced via the PlayStation Blog that the game would be available by January.
Community director of Versus Evil Lance James talked about what the game is all about in the blog.
"The Banner Saga has you live through an epic role-playing Viking saga where your strategic choices directly affect your personal journey," he said. "Make allies as you travel with your caravan across this stunning yet harsh landscape. Carefully choose those who will help fight a new threat that jeopardizes an entire civilization. Every decision you make in travel, conversation, and combat has a meaningful effect on the outcome as your story unfolds. Not everyone will survive, but they will be remembered."
There are no official words regarding the list of free games for the PS Plus on January but is expected to appear after Christmas.
