The update of the Microsoft Lumia 950 XL almost got cancelled before Microsoft rolled out the newest build for Windows 10.
In a report by WMPower User, the Windows 10 Mobile build 10586.29 had to be postponed because of issues surrounding a few devices that reportedly didn't get any update from Microsoft.
Furthermore, the company reportedly had a few features tweaked and are now fully servicing users with Microsoft Lumia 950 XL to have an update on their phones.
With the update of the Microsoft Lumia 950 XL fixed, GSM Arena revealed what the phone has with regard to specs and features.
Starting off with its display, the 950 XL is packed with a 5.7-inch AMOLED capacitive touchscreen that provides 1440 x 2560 pixels of resolution. It has a ClearBlack display and is also protected by the Corning Gorilla Glass 4.
For its under the hood specs, the Lumia gadget is equipped with a Qualcomm MSM8994 Snapdragon 810 chipset with a quad-core 1.5 GHz Cortex-A53 and quad-core 2 GHz Cortex-A57 CPU, an Adreno 430, running on the latest Microsoft Windows 10.
For its memory, the smartphone has 32 GB of storage and 3 GB of RAM, which could be expanded to up to 200 GB via a Micro SD.
Quality of the camera has always been the priority of Microsoft and the Lumia 950 XL isn't anything different with its updated specs and features.
For its rear camera, the phone is equipped with a 20-megapixel sensor that could provide optimum photos with its f/1.9, 26mm, Carl Zeiss optics, OIS, autofocus and triple-LED RGB flash features.
It could shoot videos of up to 2160p at 30fps and could record quality audio with its stereo sound recording feature.
For its front camera, it has a 5-megapixel sensor f/2.4 that could capture 1080p on low light.
In line with all these, the gadget comes with a long lasting 3340 mAh battery, has support for wireless charging and has a fast charging feature.
