George R.R. Martin's "Game of Thrones" season 6 trailer has been released and it contained a glimpse of the characters' fates this coming April.

According to /FILM, HBO has released the full "Game of Thrones" season 6 trailer. The video contained scenes with violence, battles, sex, dragons, mythical ice monsters as well as its iconic characters.

The publication noted that the clip, which contained actual footage from the upcoming installment of the series, cut from character to character in quick succession.

Moreover, George R.R. Martin's "Game of Thrones" season 6 trailer also provided an interesting preview for the upcoming season. "GoT" season 6 is slated to premiere this April 24, 2016.

IGN reported that the trailer showed how Sansa and Theon survived the drop while Davos is in mourning. It is believed that fans can expect more flashbacks in the upcoming season based on the "Game of Thrones" season 6 trailer.

While season 6 will not follow any particular book since the "Winds of Winter" release date has been delayed, it could still have elements from "A Feast for Crows" and "A Dance with Dragons." This could mean that the Greyjoys and the Iron Islands would be featured in "GoT" season 6.

Fans have also been given a glimpse into Yara, Daenerys, Sansa and Bran's fates in the video. Meanwhile, Cersei and Jaime could hook up once again.

In a report by Jobs&Hire, "eagle-eyed" fans were quick to spot Jon Snow alive in George R.R. Martin's "Game of Thrones" season 6 trailer. The video showed Kit Harington's character bleeding on the ground near the wall.

Towards the end of the clip, however, someone who looks like the character was shown riding a horse. This fueled rumors that Jon Snow could be alive in "Game of Thrones" season 6.

YHM noted that "Song of Ice and Fire" author George R.R. Martin previously revealed that "death is not necessarily permanent" in his series.
