Qualcomm Snapdragon 820 Chipset Confirmed For OnePlus 3? Latest AnTuTu Benchmark Leak Revealed!

Another set of leaked details have surfaced on the Web exposing specs and features of the highly-anticipated "flagship killer," OnePlus 3.

In its report, International Business Times said that an article by Gizmo China highlighted the upcoming OnePlus 3 that was posted in the AnTuTu benchmarking site. The device that was speculated to be the much-awaited OnePlus 3 was carrying a model number of A3000, the report pointed out.

The benchmark details, accordingly, revealed that device A3000 (or OnePlus 3) will have a 5.5-inch screen that will support the device's full HD resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels.

Furthermore, the AnTuTu Benchmark leak also confirmed what everyone is excited about and what made OnePlus 3 get the title of being a powerhouse flagship killer: the Snapdragon 820 chipset, which is expected to boost the performance of the new smartphone. The Snapdragon 820 chipset will come with the Adreno 530 graphics and will be supported by 4 GB of RAM and a built-in storage of 32 GB.

The report added that OnePlus 3 will have a 16-megapixel rear camera and an 8-megapixel front camera. The device also is expected to come with OxygenOS based on Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow OS.

Meanwhile, contrary to earlier reports, Android Authority has confirmed that according to OnePlus, OnePlus 3 will not be launched on the rumored April 7 event. Android Authority added that a spokesman from OnePlus told them that the April 7 event will be "focused on the China market" and that they will not be launching their next device on the said date.

"While we couldn't get any further details on the official OnePlus 3 release date or the specs currently being bandied about, we were told that 'the only thing we can confirm is that [it] will be an awesome product,'" Android Authority wrote.
