George R.R. Martin, ‘Game Of Thrones’ Season 6 Trailer Released; Sansa Stark To Die In Coming Installment?

A new "Game of Thrones" season 6 trailer has been released.

Variety reported that a new teaser with actual footage from the upcoming installment of the series was debuted last weekend. "Are you afraid? You should be," Tyrion Lannister (Peter Dinklage) said in the video. "You're in the great game now. And the great game is terrifying."

"One way or another, a face will be added to the hall," Jaqen H'ghar (Tom Wlaschiha) of the Faceless Men stated in the clip." "We are sinful creatures. We deserve death... we all do," the High Sparrow (Jonathan Pryce) warned.

The publication noted that new shots in the "Game of Thrones" season 6 trailer included one of the Night's King, leader of the White Walkers, engulfed in flames. Drogon also made an appearance as it flew over the Dothraki clan that kidnapped Daenerys.

According to The Verge, "Game of Thrones" season 6 will most likely have a lot of deaths. The next installment of the series will premiere on Apr. 24.

Two weeks ago, a "Game of Thrones" season 6 trailer was released online. It gave fans a glimpse of the characters' fates. The video contained scenes with violence, battles, sex, dragons, mythical ice monsters as well as its iconic characters.

Meanwhile, Sophie Turner, who portrays Sansa Stark in the TV series based on George R.R. Martin's fantasy novel series "A Song of Ice and Fire," revealed that she wants her character to die already.

"I don't want to survive," she told WSJ. "If you're on 'Game of Thrones' and you don't have a cool death scene, then what's the point?"

YHM noted that "Song of Ice and Fire" author George R.R. Martin has previously revealed that "death is not necessarily permanent" in his series.

Fans were worried that "Game of Thrones" season 6 may spoil the highly-anticipated "Winds of Winter." However, showrunners David Benioff and Dan Weiss admitted that don't need to worry about spoilers.
