GOT 7 win's No. 1 on MCountdown

After a week of comeback, Got7 has won their first award for "Hard Carry" on MCountdown. On the October 6 episode of MNET's music show, Mcountdown, GOT7 has won number 1 against Red Velvet's "Russian Roulette".

Soompi said that the final scores were 7,994 for GOT7's "Hard Carry" while Red Velvet's "Russian Roulette got 7,298 points. The members were really happy when they won. After the announcement, Youngjae and Bambam were smiling happily. The group hugged one another while Bambam and Yugyeom were bouncing happily. Then, their charismatic leader, JB, thanked everyone then passed the microphone to their maknae, Yugyeom who also talked and thanked people.

Key handed the trophy to Bambam and he hugged it like a child. During their encore performance, the members thanked and hugged the other idol groups who also performed. Then, they bowed to the audience, specifically their fans. It was evident that the members were thankful and very very happy. They enjoyed their encore performance like it was their concert. They were interacting with their fans and joking with each other.

Their newest single, "Hard Carry" is from their latest album "Flight Log: Turbulence". It was their first comeback in a long time. Their last song was "Fly" which also has won awards. iTech Post reported that "Hard Carry" has swept various charts internationally and locally. Their music video for "Hard Carry" has 10 million views. It was released last September 26.

In a Netizen Buzz article, their fans were celebrating as it is after a year when they won their first ever trophy for a music show. Some of the comments were congratulating not only the group but also the fandom. Fans also took to twitter their celebration. Members like Jackson took to instagram his gratefulness to everyone.
