Leo of VIXX will reportedly do the narration in a video clip to be produced by Childfund Korea for a "World Water Day" special. The clip apparently speaks about the harsh problems that confront many countries lacking in drinking water.
The video, according to Allkpop, displays children in Kenya walking long distances just to fetch water. It also talks about giving hope for the children. The video clip accordingly is part of the Childfund Korea's on-going "Water for Child" crusade that started in 2013. The campaign allegedly aims to provide fresh drinking water to 40,000 children in 13 different countries.
Meanwhile, Jellyfish Entertainment confirmed that VIXX is concocting a comeback and are presently preparing to release an album in May. It has been accordingly around six months since the boy group released 'Kratos' in Oct. 2016. The boys allegedly have been busy with their individual agenda for a while, so this will be the first time see the full group together again.
ChildFund is the top Korean organization specializing in children's welfare. It accordingly implements support programs in the fields of survival, protection, development, and rights protection for children both in Korea and abroad. China's Children Fund apparently began operations in Korea in 1948. According to ChildFund Korea, the seed sown for love and sharing for Korean children who were hungry and ragged took root and grew to become the ChildFund Korea. The program accordingly started with 400 children who were housed in three orphanages.
In 2011 ChildFund Korea started an advocacy campaign called "Nayoung's Wish." It was named for a girl who incurred a disability after being sexually assaulted at the age of eight. The Institution has built on its initial successes and is now into other advocacy campaigns related to school violence, bullying, and child protection.
