Grey's Anatomy Season 10 Teaser [VIDEO]: 'The Storm Is Not Over' As Fans Mourn Sandra Oh, Cristina Yang Exit

As "Grey's Anatomy" season 10 looms ever closer, a new teaser has premiered reminding us of what's at stake, especially with Sandra Oh leaving this season.

While the teaser does not show any new footage, it catches "Grey's Anatomy" fans up to speed, recapping the devastating storm that swarmed the hospital in the season 9 finale.

"The storm is not over," says the captions in the teaser regarding "Grey's Anatomy" season 10.

And fans know this more than ever before, due to the recent announcement of Sandra Oh aka Cristina Yang's imminent exit in season 10.

"Creatively, I really feel like I gave it my all, and I feel ready to let her go," says Sandra Oh through tears.

"It's such an interesting thing to play a character for so long and to actually get the sense that she wants to be let go as well. [Cristina] wants to be let go, and I am ready to let her go. We have to start the process, story-wise, for the 'Grey's' writers to think of why she's going to go."

Currently, only six actors remain from the original core "Grey's Anatomy" cast, including Oh, Justin Chambers, Ellen Pompeo, Patrick Dempsey, James Pickens Jr., and Chandra Wilson. All of their contracts are up at the end of season 10, but Oh is the first to confirm a departure.

The "Grey's Anatomy" season 10 premiere is set to premiere September 26.
