Michael Jackson's Neverland Ranch Sold to Justin Bieber?  Justin Bieber is a new King of Pop, but is the Neverland Ranch for Sale?   Michael Jackson's children have worked hard on getting the place renovated, but Paris wants to make it into a place for underprivileged children, so Justin Bieber might not fit the bill.

Neverland Ranch is the famous property of Michael Jackson. The Ranch is a 2.5 hour drive from LA and about eight miles from Santa Ynez, at 5225 Figueroa Mountain Road in Los Olivos.  At one point it had a fair grounds, but the ranch fell into disrepair after the death of Michael Jackson.  It turns out Michael Jackson's children have pushed for renovations to the property. 

According to the New York Daily News, the rest of the Jackson family didn't take any interest in the Neverland Ranch after Michael Jackson's death, but children Paris Jackson, Prince and Blanket visited the ranch.

Paris Jackson said she is determined to rebuild Neverland to its former glory so that underprivileged children can enjoy it.  Paris Jackson is currently in treatment following a suicide attempt, and mom Debbie Rowe testified in the Michael Jackson civil trial that Michael Jackson's death left daughter Paris Jackson a shell of a person. 

One security guard said: "Neverland has been completely revitalized. There's a full set of staff and people in charge who care about the place."

A source told the New York Daily News: "Neverland has never looked better. More staff have been employed - they've got full-time gardeners, household staff, proper security and people are now looking after the house like it should have always been when Michael was alive."

The rides such as the ferris wheel, which had been rusting and in disrepair, have been removed and replaced with Zen gardens with animal topiary.  One garden is in the shape of Peter Pan, a favorite fairy tale character of Michael Jackson and his children Paris, Prince and Blanket.
