Trinidad James No More Mr. Nice Guy After Joe Budden Disses Him In 'Lost Control' Kendrick Lamar Response: 'Fight Me' Says 'All Gold Everything' Rapper
After Joe Budden took aim at Trinidad James in his "Lost Control" Kendrick Lamar response, the "All Gold Everything" rapper is no more Mr. Nice Guy.
In an interview at his his release party for his mixtape "10 Pc Mild," James addressed Budden's ill choice of words in the diss track. The "No More" MC said he rather square up than talk trash on a song.
"I'm from the streets so like a n*gga talking is like a n*gga talking. You don't like me, then you fight me," said Trinidad. "That's why I make the songs to let you know. I'm never going to diss you back, we gonna throw these hands back and forth."
The Joe Budden lyrics James was referring to in the interview go as follows:
“This ain’t for self proclaimed legends that nobody wanna hear from. Scared? get a gun, come to peers, I got none. This ain’t for bandwagon fans sit y’all a**es in the same spot. Y’all the same n*ggas made Trinidad James hot. This ain’t to Kendrick Lamar, the n*gga Kendrick got bars. I heard his sh*t and wasn’t offended at all. And as it played I heard him say I wasn’t mentioned with y’all”
A couple days ago Trinidad pointed out via Twitter how the Slaughter House member was praising him in a previous interview with Angie Martinez on Hot 97. The emcee was telling the radio personality how he was trying to get the Gold Gang lyricist to come through to a show he was doing at BB Kings in New York.
"He's taking the nation by storm," said Budden after chanting the words to "No More."

Trinidad wasn't the only one who was picked on in Budden's "Lost Control" diss track. Joey Bada$$ also responded to some questionable lyrics from the New Jersey rapper.
"Some of these OG's I laugh at, y'all don't know me to half a$$," rhymed Budden. "To me it's just one Joey that's bad ass."
"Unphased by jor buttin," retailated Joey Bada$$ via Twitter.
