Bethenny Frankel opened up about her divorce and life as a single mom. She said her divorce was a "brutal, brutal time", but she feels better now.

Bethenny Frankel, the former "Real Housewife" and current Skinnygirl mogul, spoke to fans while promoting "Skinnygirl Solutions," her new book.

Frankel is in the midst of a messy divorce from Jason Hoppy, with whom she has a daughter, Bryn, 3.

"I'm trying to find my identity as a single mom -- a soon-to-be-divorced mom," she said. "I was married, and now I'm single. I think we're always trying to find who were are, so it's evolving."

Still, the divorce may have been good for her and taught her about life.

"Not until I became a mom and also going through a divorce did I realize how we're all kind of hanging on by a thread," she said.

Bethenny Frankel is no longer a "Housewife"-or a real-life wife. And she's not interested in becoming one anytime soon.

"Right now, I'm closed for business. Really closed," said Bethenny.

"I'm a person who only likes to have sex with someone I'm really into. And I'm not remotely in a place where I want to be in a relationship," she says. "I am not ready to meet someone."

Bethenny just wants to hang out with her gal pals, she said, rather than be in a romantic relationship after her divorce with Jason Hoppy.

"These days it's important to get together with my girlfriends. It's important to be with other women, not isolating," Bethenny said.

She's certainly not into having sex these days. Which, uh, makes sense, as sex (#8) ranked below exercise (#3) in her new book, "Skinnygirl Solutions".

Bethenny Frankel's priorities are... interesting.

"If I were involved with someone, sex would probably be No. 1," Frankel laughs. "Or I could combine it with No. 3 for sexercise."
