‘Game Of Thrones’ Season 4 Casting Spoilers: Joffrey Little Brother Tommen Baratheon Re-Cast With Older Actor Who Played Martyn Lannister, Robb Stark Captive In Season 3?

"Game of Thrones" character Joffrey's little brother Tommen Baratheon has been re-cast for "Game of Thrones" season 4, and spoilers say Tommen will be played by an older actor who had a previous role in the HBO series last season.

WinterIsComing.net reports that actor Callum Wharry, who played Tommen Baratheon in "Game of Thrones" seasons 1 and 2, won't be returning for season 4, according to Hypable.com.

Instead the part will be re-cast by an older actor, 15-year-old Dean-Charles Chapman. Chapman appeared in season 3 as the unfortunate squire Martyn Lannister, one of Robb Stark's captives who was killed by the Karstarks, Hypable reports.

According to HNGN, Chapman will likely appear in episode three of season four, as the role of the character will be much more prominent in the upcoming season. Fans have long speculated that the role of Tommen would be re-cast, as the previous actor, Callum Wharry, has not aged along with the role, HNGN reports.

The website speculates that Chapman has not yet begun filming as the role of Tommen. This is because the fourth season of "Game of Thrones" has begun filming in Iceland, but Tommen lives in King's Landing. Scenes set at King's Landing are filmed in Croatia and Belfast.

However, HNGN reports that HBO has not confirmed the announcement of Tommen's character being re-cast.

"Game of Thrones" season 4 premieres in the spring of 2014. Its 10 episodes will roughly span the second half of "A Storm of Swords," the third novel in the "A Song of Ice and Fire" saga by George R.R. Martin.
