Kim Kardashian Body Post Baby Weight Loss [VIDEO]: KUWTK Star Makes Brief Public Appearance For Funeral In Slimming Black; Working With Tracy Anderson and Katie Holmes' Chef

Kim Kardashian's body post baby weight loss has been a topic of interest for her fans.  Kim Kardashian's bikini body made her famous, and she has struggled with pregnancy weight gain and her post baby weight loss diet.  She is looking to get back in to shape with some extreme diet and exercise measures, and has been avoiding the public eye until she looks like that famous body she is known for on Keeping Up with the Kardashians.

While one source told told US Weekly: "[Kim] won't leave the house until she's thinner", Kim recently left the house to attend the funeral of Kanye West's grandfather in Oklahoma.  She wore a slimming black dress.

Kim has been using designer Nicola Formichetti to help her dress her post baby body: "Kim's hips, bum and bra size are still larger than normal for her, so Nicola is dressing Kim head to toe in monotone colours, like she wore on Kris [Jenner's] show, and using detailed tailoring to show off her post baby assets."

According to Look magazine, Kim hired Katie Holmes post baby body weigh loss private chef to help her lose the weight: "Kim has ordered the woman to prep five small meals a day, with emphasis on veg, clean proteins such as fish and tofu and diet-friendly snacks."

Kim Kardashian is pursuing a post baby weight loss diet regimen full of healthy foods.  A source told Star Magazine: "She has a chef making her fresh green juices of kale, celery, spinach, collard greens and cilantro.  They make up 80 percent of her diet, and the other 20 percent consists of low-fat chicken and a light salad or steamed veggies."

The source told Star magazine that she is trying to eat 1200 calories a day.  Kim has the help of a personal chef to make her meals.  However, perhaps she should consult a dietician.  1200 calories is very low for a nursing mother.  Breastfeeding alone burns 500 calories a day.   Eating less than your basal metabolic rate can lower metabolism.

Kim Kardashian is said to be training with trainer Tracy Anderson, who also trains Gwenyth Paltrow and Madonna.  Tracy Anderson says Kim is "very motivated".  Tracy Anderson has come under fire for her weight loss methods and business practices.
