The premier of hit medical drama from ABC is just around the corner making fans excited to learn some "Grey's Anatomy" Season 10 spoilers.

TV Line's Editor-in-Chief answered some questions about Greys Anatomy Season 10 Spoilers. When asked if there are any "Greys Anatomy" Season 10 spoilers pertaining to the fan-favorite couple, Derek and Meredith, Ausiello said that the two-hour  season premier "will delve into the "aftermath" of Mer's turbulent delivery" as hinted by the consulting producer of the show and Scandal Emmy nominee, Dan Bucatinsky.

The producer said, "She had a rough birth. We're going to see them in the hospital together and juggling their roles in a major way." Furthermore, "Grey's Anatomy" Season 10 huge kickoff will be "dramatic, emotional and exciting," according to Bucatinsky.

Furthermore, the producer revealed additional "Grey's Anatomy" Season 10 spoilers, saying, "Also, we're going to watch these new interns become part of the fabric of the hospital. That's going to be part of what's fun and fresh about this season. We're going to get to know them better."

Meanwhile, Bailey will still be haunted by the horror over transmitting a staph infection, causing death to two Grey Sloan Memorial patients" as reported by WetPaint.

Chandra Wilson talked to E! detectives sharing some Grey's Anatomy Season 10 spoilers about her well-loved character, Miranda Bailey. She said that Bailey "came back into her own" when she took charge of Mcbaby's delivery and in the process, saved Mer's life.  

Though she will try to "get her act back together as a top notch surgeon in Grey's Anatomy Season 10," the guilt she feels cannot be left behind as it will continue to worry her. Wilson said, "It lives with her. Her hands are the most important thing.

Grey's Anatomy Season 10 will premiere Thursday, September 26 on ABC at 9/8 p.m. Central.
