Kim K's beau Kanye West guest stars in Kris Jenner's show, "Kris" and opens up about having a whole family after losing his mother and most recently, his grandfather.

"After I lost my mother... I felt like, sometimes I didn't have something to live for. Now I have two really special people to live for, a whole family to live for, a whole world to live for," West said while - believe or not - visibly looking teary-eyed on the show.

The 'Black Skinhead' crooner's guest appearance on the show marks his first in three years. Coming off as rather angry at the world and all, it's surprising to see this softer side of Kanye. Maybe fatherhood is has made him into a nicer guy after all?

In the show, the "Yeezus" rapper also defends his scrutinized relationship with Kim, saying that it was never about the money or popularity. He just simply loves her.

"I could have people saying, 'this is going to damage your credibility as a[n] artist or a designer' and I say, 'I don't care, I love this woman.' Or someone could say... everyone knows you don't like paparazzi, but why would you be with this person, and I'd say, 'I'm being with this person because I love this person. She's worth it to me.' This whole thing was never about money, was never about popularity - this whole thing was joy. Just joy... she's my joy, and she brought my new joy into the world," the new father said.
