FIFA 14 Release Date And Price: PS Vita Gameplay Similar To Next-Generation Consoles? EA Games Spokesman Says They’ll Release Third Reskin

New comments by EA Sports' David Rutter seem to suggest that this year's full-price instalment will again feature the FIFA 11 base gameplay with updated kits and rosters, CVG reports.

"There will be a Vita version, and it'll be the same great gameplay," Rutter told Eurogamer at Gamescom. Asked whether that means it's the same gameplay that appeared in previous Vita instalments, Rutter confirmed: "It's the same great gameplay and new kits."

FIFA 14 for Vita is developed separately by an EA studio in Romania, CVG also reports.

The FIFA 14 demo releases on PC and Xbox 360 on 10th September worldwide, and on PlayStation 3 on 11th September in Europe and on 10th September in North America, EA Sports has announced, EuroGamer reports.

FIFA developer David Rutter took to the stage at Gamescom today to unveil new mode Co-op Seasons, which works like the established Seasons mode, except you can play with a friend online against two other friends in 2v2 ranked online play, climbing up to division one, EuroGamer also reports.

FIFA '14 is expected to eventually be released for next-generation consoles Playstation 4 and Xbox One, once they are officially launched.

While the release date of the official game has not been released, many expect EA Games to launch it not long after the demo is available to gamers around the world.

FIFA '14 will feature customizable options that allow users to edit teams and players while also managing teams throughout different leagues and seasons.
