iPhone 5S Release Date 2013: Apple's New Smartphones Would Arrive Three Months Late, Has Yet Gained Approval From IT Chinese Department

Several days ago, reports came up that the new iPhone models will launch internationally on September 20, according to BGR. But in a report published by Chinese paper First-Financial Daily, Apple's release in China has been moved to November 28th, in time for the Christmas season.

This means both the iPhone 5S and 5C will hit the shelves more than two months after its announcement on September 10. According to rumors, China's Ministry of Industry and Information Technology has not yet approved the manufacturer's new smartphones.

The report said both of Apple's phones would support China Mobile's network, which brings us to the next rumor. It may also be that Apple is still negotiating terms with China Mobile and a release next month might not be feasible at the moment.

Whatever the reasons are, the emerging mobile market in China will surely await until the new iPhones are up for sale. Several technology blogs have already reported that the iPhone 5S will have a new 'champagne gold' color option aside from the standard white black. Meanwhile, the cheaper iPhone 5C may be similarly-spec'd as the iPhone 4S, but with the latest iOS 7 platform.

According to reports, the 5C will feature five different color variations.
