PlayStation Plus Free Games: September 2013 Titles Include Assassin’s Creed III And Urban Trial FreeStyle; Get Them Starting August 28!

The list of PlayStation Plus free games for September 2013 has been released.

The new collection of PlayStation Plus free games is only available for European subscribers. Gamers in the US will most likely have to wait until Monday before they get the lineup of PlayStation Plus free games.

One of the free games to join the European PlayStation Plus Instant Game Collection is the popular action-adventure game, Assassin's Creed III, for the PS3.  Even before the list was released, Sony already announced, during its press conference at Gamescom 2013, that Assassin's Creed 3 will be part of the PlayStation Plus free games.

According to a tweet from Morgan Haro, also known as Mr. PlayStation Plus, Assassin's Creed III is only confirmed for European users. North American subscribers will still have to wait if they will get the same PS Plus deal.

But aside from the hit Ubisoft game, other titles to become part of the PlayStation Plus free games from August 28 are "Jak And Daxter Collection" (PS3), and PS Vita games such as "Urban Trial Lifestyle" and "New Little King's Story".

Moreover, "Stealth Inc.: A Clone in the Dark," a game compatible both to PS3 and PS Vita will also enter the Instant Game Collection on August 28.

Titles that will be replaced with the new sets of PlayStation Plus free games are "Need for Speed: Most Wanted", ICO & Shadow of the Collosus Collection, LEGO Lord of The Rings, and When Vikings Attack.

The European PlayStation Plus Instant Game Collection also offers a chance for the gamers to buy 12 months of PS Plus and then get a bonus of 3 months subscription for free. This promotion from Sony is available only until September 20. The PlayStation Plus 90 Day offer is only definite in Europe.
