Pokemon X And Y Full Battle Gameplay Exhibition [VIDEO] Double Battle Showcased At Pokemon Game Show, New Trademarks Leaked

As Pokemon X and Y draws ever closer, a video has surfaced showcasing a full battle gameplay from beginning to end in a double battle.

In the video below, an exhibition battle can be seen taken from the recent Pokemon Game Show, where Japanese athlete Hiroshi Yamamoto and Pokemon X and Y game designer Shigeki Morimoto face off in a double battle.

On one team are older Pokemon like Kingdra, Gallade, Ferrothorn, Sableye, Marowak, and Politoed, while the other feature X and Y Pokemon like Malamar, Sylveon, Noivern, and Gogoat.

"We all knew graphics like these were in the near future but no one was prepared," says YouTuber pineapple6000.

Meanwhile, Pokemon X and Y appears to not be the only thing the Pokemon Company is working on other titles.

According to a recent trademark sleuthing by Serebii, it appears that in addition to the Pokken Fighters and Pokken Tournament trademarks, more trademarks have been registered.

These trademark titles include PokeTretta Battles, PokeTretta Tournament, PokeFigure and PokeFigure Arena. The Tretta-based trademarks are definitely related to Pokemon Tretta, a popular arcade game in Japan.

"Like all trademarks, they cover everything from video games, to arcade machines, to keyrings and many trademarks go unused so it's hard to say if these will be used," writes a Serebii contributor.

Still, it appears Pokemon is more into battle simulation type gaming more than ever before, in addition to Pokemon X and Y.
