Samsung Galaxy Note 3 Specs: Smartphone Spotted In Bluetooth SIG, Expected To Be Released In A Few Weeks

Brace yourselves folks! This will definitely be a rough ride.

With Apple gearing up for a September release of its new iPhone model, Samsung is definitely on its way there as well.

In a report by Android Authority, the Korean company's Galaxy Note 3 has been spotted in the database of Bluetooth Special Interest Group (SIG). The Bluetooth SIG is an organization that ensures that every device that will run its Bluetooth technology will be compatible with one another. In order to do so, each device will need to be included in its database.

This confirms the repor from Sam Mobile that Samsung is also planning to release its new Note model before the end of September, and just in time to take on Apple's iPhone 5S head-to-head.

While there is certainly no definite rule for signing up in the Bluetooth SIG database, this is definitely proof that Samsung's Galaxy Note 3 is bound to hit the market sooner than anyone expected before Sam Mobile's tip.

Apple's iOS7-powered smartphone is rumored to hit the shelves on the 20th in the United States, while it will take the company another three months before releasing in China.

Samsung has had the upperhand over Apple in their past few matchups, and that is because the former releases more than one superphone every year. Apple is slowly learning its lesson as it tries to release two iPhone models this year, but it will still depend on consumers' reception of its mid-tier variant.
