Simon Cowell's girlfriend and baby mama Lauren Silverman showed off her baby bump when they stepped out for the first time since Silverman announced that the two are expecting a baby together. Simon Cowell and a very pregnant Lauren Silverman were spotted holding hands in the South of France on Friday, August 23.

Lauren Silverman's baby is due in February, Us Weekly reports.

Simon, an "X Factor" judge, 53, held hands with his pregnant girlfriend, 36, as they strolled through St. Tropez, France and grabbed lunch, seeing each other for the first time since July, when they told the public they were expecting a child, The Huffington Post reports

Silverman was wearing a clingy black dress that showed off her baby bump, according to the website.

She was later seen wearing a very short, flowy blue patterned dress, and a white linen dress.

Silverman was seen showing off her growing bump and "couldn't stop touching Simon," an eyewitness said of the couple, New York Daily News reports.

Silverman just finalized her divorce from property millionaire and ex-friend of Cowell's, Andrew Silverman, who she was married to for 10 years and has a son with.

Cowell said at the "One Direction: This Is Us" London premiere, "I'm proud to be a dad [...] It's something I hadn't thought of before, but now I know I feel good about it," The Huffington Post reports.

"I'm happy and excited," Cowell told Us Weekly at the premiere on August 20 about becoming a dad. "It's a great time in my life," he added.

While neither Cowell nor Silverman has talked about marriage to the press, a source told People magazine that the vacationing pair are definitely together for the long run.

"They are making plans together," the source said, "for the future, for themselves, and the baby."
