The 'Skyscraper' singer got a not-so-sweet gift for her recent 21^st birthday - a nude photo leakage. Multiple photographs of the Disney star in racy positions have been sold to RadarOnline.com. These photos allegedly show a nude Demi Lovato in bed and in a bathtub.

While many are claiming that Lovato's nude photos might be products of Photoshop trickery, the anonymous supplier says they're legit: "These are Demi. The collection I have shows some nude, including face, some including parts of the body Demi is known for - tattoos, butt, chin. Then, I have pictures of her getting rowdy...I can guarantee you these photos are legitimately of Demi."

The series of breast-baring photos portray a dark-haired woman with a dimpled chin who has the same tattoos as the pop star particularly a set of 12 black birds on the right forearm.

The supplier is reportedly someone whom Lovato had a brief fling with.

Radar did not purchase and publish the photos but was it enough to stop the supplier from selling them to other media outfits? Celebslam is currently in negotiation with the supplier regardless of the photos' veracity.

The ex-Disney star is no longer a stranger to celebrity nude photo scandals.  Photos of her in compromising poses were first leaked in December 2010 while she was struggling with body issues and going through rehabilitation.

Fellow Disney stars likewise underwent the same ordeal. 'High School Musical' lead actress Vanessa Hudgens's nude photos were leaked when she intended to send them to her then-boyfriend Zac Efron. Former 'Parent Trap' child star Lindsay Lohan's nude photos similarly shocked her fans.

Seeing the stars' leaving their teeny-bopper images can be disheartening especially for followers of Disney's wholesome movies and series. While Hudgens and Lohan admitted the existence of the photos, Lovato's camp chose not to say anything yet.

Following Cory Monteith's death. the 'Camp Rock' star will be joining the cast of  Glee Season Five as struggling artist Dani. She has been booked for at least six episodes.

The creators of 'X Factor USA' have already expressed their side regarding the issue: "The producers are not concerned at all that it will affect the show. They would just want to help out Demi in any way they can to help her in the process," says an insider.
