Internet Tips And Tricks 2013: Browser Extension Nags You To Stop Browsing, Provides A List Of Possible To-Do Things

If you are the type of person who gets hooked surfing the Web, checking out your Facebook News Feed, or reading blogs and articles, then you are probably having problems getting things (tasks which you really need to do) done.

Apparently, some developers have already thought of an idea to provide possible solutions.

"You Should Probably", a browser extension for Mozilla Firefox, provides periodical remindeers to Internet browsers no matter what site they are browsing or visiting. But unlike other similar apps, this extension does not block sites, it just places a large banner that tells you that you should be doing something else.

So for example while you're checking out some celebrity articles in Kpopstarz, your browser would then display a statement which may say "You should probably go read a book" or 'You should probably go outside and take a walk".

Aside from the built-in reminders, you can also customize your own - and in time you would slowly forget that you wrote that annoying reminder for yourself.

While you can simply click away the appearing reminders, it is still a troublesome feature that will in fact help you reduce the time you use for Internet browsing.

Right now, "You Should Probably" is only available for Firefox.
