Monday night, Joan Rivers hosted a special "Fashion Police" in honor of Sunday night's 2013 MTV VMAs where she roasted practically every attendee.




Lady Gaga, Rita Ora, and Miley Cyrus were placed in a category entitled "Attention Hoes."




Before Lady Gaga ended the night with nothing but a seashell bikini and a thong, the Mother Monster walked the red carpet with an all black Prabal Gurung gown. Rivers compared the dress to Kanye West's "Black Skinhead" performance.




"Too black, too long, too anti-climatic," said Rivers. "Just like Kanye West's performance last night."




Surprisingly, co-host Kelly Osbourne gave Gaga a best dress nomination despite her ill feelings toward the "Applause" singer.

Rita Ora's Alex Vauthier gown earned her the title of "Worst Dressed." Rivers suggested the singer was making an attempt to mimic Mrs. Carter.




"Rita looks so much like Beyonce that Solange came up and asked her for 2,000," said Rivers.




The comedian then bashed the VMAs 'NSYNC reunion performance to explain how much unnecessary fabric and feathers were on Ora's dress.




"She is carrying more died weight than Justin Timberlake in the 'NSYNC reunion."




Ora's VMAs outfit took another beat down when Rivers compared it to President Obama's struggles in the White House.




"Completely mixed matched halves with a black guy in the middle trying to make it work," said Rivers in regard to the British singer's black belt that separated the feather and studded parts of the gown.

Although River's thought Miley Cyrus' Dolce & Gabbana black two piece resembled a "cross between Olivia Newton-John in 'Grease' and Paris Hilton in lube," she thought the outfit was quite fitting for the VMAs. However, her nude latex outfit she strutted during her "Blurred Lines" duet with Robin Thicke received negative reviews.




As one Fashion Police co-host said the outfit made Cyrus' butt look "flabby" and "saggy," Rivers suggested the former Disney star looked like she was on drugs or carrying an STD.




"I feel like I need antibiotics looking at her," said Joan. "She looked like she was high. She looked like she had more drugs in her than a Walgreens drug store."




As a friend of Cyrus, Kelly gave her some advice for the next VMAs.




"Put your f*cking tongue in your mouth," said Osbourne.

Despite Selena Gomez receiving the "Glam Girl" award for her Versace dress, Rivers wasn't very impressed.




"This dress is like having sex with a pornstar, 'I know you can do better because I seen it'," said Rivers.

The "Fashion Police" accused Selena's bestie Taylor Swift for keeping it safe with her Herve Leger gown. While Rivers wished Swift's songs "were as deep as the neck line" on her dress, the comedian compared the Moon Man the singer won for "Best Female Video" to her past relationships with men.




"She finally got a man who can't run away from her," said Rivers, probably with Harry Styles on the membrane.

Katy Perry's VMAs outfit was placed in the "Bitch Stole My Look" category for wearing a shorter version of the Emanuel Ungaro gown model Coco Rocha wore at the Met. Rivers compared the "Roar" singer choice of wardrobe to her past marriage with comedian Russell Brand.




"Katy Perry wore it short just like her marriage to Russell Brand."

As for the guys, Rivers had a huge problem with 2 Chainz's 90's Versace get up.




"I've seen Ikea furniture put together better than this outfit," said Rivers. "If 2 Chainz would stop buying all these outfits he would be able to afford a third chain."

Rivers didn't have as much to say about 'NYSNC's black and white ensemble as she did about their VMAs performance.




"They performed for a shorter length of time than my husband did on our wedding night," said Rivers. "Joey and Chris looked so fat that they looked like they ate the Backstreet Boys."

In the end, Joan Rivers gave "Best Dressed" to Ciara for wearing a Givenchy gown that "hugs her curves the way Jerry Sandusky hugs a boy scout."
