The American Idol Live 2013 Tour is facing its final three destinations, and the fans of the long-running singing competition can expect some really intense numbers.  But, considering how long the finalists have been on the show and how many places they had already performed in for this tour - 27 to be exact - one can only ask, "Do they still have the same enthusiasm and energy to present their best as the season winds down?"

For instance, Gerrick G. Kennedy of the Los Angeles Times wrote of the LA performance on July 23, "...most of the crowd at Nokia Theatre spent the evening seemingly unaware that they were at a concert, and not at home watching 'Idol' from their couch."

Keith O. Conner of MassLive.com wrote about the show in Uncasville, "The latest 'American Idol Live!' tour rolled into the Mohegan Sun Arena on Saturday night and it remains a strange phenomenon at best."

But reviewers and critiques do tend see things quite differently from people who go just to enjoy the show.  Commenters at Ticketmaster left reviews that range from "very good," "perfect," and "awesome."

The audience at Schottenstein Center in Columbus, Ohio (August 29); KFC Yum! Center in Louisville, Kentucky (August 30); and the Bridgestone Arena in Nashville, Tennessee (August 31) can of course expect to watch the final 11 perform.  This includes: winner Candice Glover; runner-up Kree Harrison; finalists Angie Miller, Amber Holcomb, Janelle Arthur, Lazaro Arbos, Burnell Taylor, Devin Velez, Paul Jolley, Curtis Finch, Jr.; and sing-off winner Aubrey Cleland.

And as Season 12 of American Idol comes to a close, preparations are being made for the next one.  But while E! News confirmed that the seat for the third judge will be filled by Dr. Luke, Hollywood Reporter said otherwise.   And JLo has not officially confirmed either.

So who will join Keith Urban on the judges' table, really?   It's just a matter of time and it will be announced - Ryan Seacrest did promise that.
