"Once Upon a Time" season 3 is just around the corner, and a major slew of spoilers have arrived detailing all your favorite characters.

Firstly, as fans know, Ariel will be introduced in season 3, and the very first images of Ariel appearing episode 6 have surfaced.

"Once we realized we were going to Neverland, it felt like the perfect place to see Ariel," says executive producer Eddy Kitsis according to TV Guide.

In the photos of Ariel, we can also get a glimpse of Prince Eric, played by Gil McKinney.

"Our take on Prince Eric is slightly different than what you saw in the movie, but it is hopefully honoring what people adore about that movie." Kitsis adds, "Though our Ariel (JoAnna Garcia) really focuses much more on her and her journey and she also has a connection to one of our characters that you'll see in her story."

And here are a few more spoilers regarding "Once Upon a Time" season 3.

--Rumple and Belle will have scenes together despite being worlds apart. Hallucination perhaps?

--Charming and Hook will have friction as they compete to be the alpha male aboard the Jolly Roger.

--Hook will try to flirt with Emma despite his history with Neal/Baelfire.

--Spoilers indicate that we will see more of Emma's past in flashbacks, particularly the moment Emma gave up Henry.

--We will get a glimpse of Rumple's past with his father.

--Neal will journey to get back together with Emma, and will embrace the one thing he always tried to stay away from.

--Robin Hood will be helping Neal get back to Emma.
