It's been a whole summer since we last saw our favorite "Parks and Recreation" characters in season 5, so here are where we last left off with the cast, and what you need to know to catch up to what's going on in their plots before you watch the premiere of episode 1 of season 6, as reported by Glamour magazine.
Leslie and Ben: The city of Pawnee had decided to recall Councilwoman Knope. Leslie and Ben, her adviser and husband, decided to fight the recall instigated by Councilman Jamm. We know the cast is heading to London for a conference, and Ben and Andy hope to grow their music charity idea across the pond.
Tom: A private investor wanted to buy out Rent-A-Swag, but by the end of the episode, Tom turned down the offer. Next, he learned that his investor is now going to be his competitor and will open up the exact same kind of store across the street from Rent-A-Swag. Plus, he was dating Jean Ralphio's ridiculous sister Mona Lisa. But according to recent casting news, Mona Lisa will be out of the picture soon, when "Orphan Black" star Tatiana Maslany will guest star in a two-episode arc as Tom's new love interest.
Ron: He got his girlfriend pregnant! We're pretty certain this will be a big plot story for Ron and the Parks and Rec gang.
Chris and Ann: The exes decided to have a baby together, and then became a couple. However, they haven't had any luck yet getting pregnant. Spoiler alert: we know that actors Rob Lowe and Rashida Jones are leaving after episode 13, so perhaps they will end up having a baby.
April and Andy: We just learned that April got into veterinary school in Bloomington and she's worried about how the long distance will affect her marriage with Andy.
