While the British hunk was also linked to his gym instructor, one of his friends confirmed his connection with Penn to People: "They've been dating a month or two. He's crazy about her."

Last September 7, the two reportedly partied at The Viper Room, one of Tinseltown's hottest night spots before proceeding to Chateau Marmont for drinks.  Eye witnesses also claim that the 'Water for Elephants' actor invited the blonde beauty back to his home wherein an intimate get-together with his friends took place.
