Michael Jackson Civil Trial Verdict [VIDEO]: How Will The Jury Decide The Wrongful Death AEG Live Lawsuit? Four Key Questions For Jurors To Decide In Deliberations

Michael Jackson Civil Trial Verdict is coming soon.  Testimony is over in the Michael Jackson civil trial, and it is up to the jury to deliver the verdict.  Katherine Jackson is suing AEG Live alleging the wrongful death of her son.  Now the jury will decide what will happen in the Michael Jackson Civil Trial.
The final witness in the Michael Jackson wrongful death civil suit has testified, and testimony is over.  The jury is on their second day of deliberations for the verdict after hearing closing arguments.  According to the Gulf Times, the long deliberations are a positive sign for the Jackson family when it comes to the verdict: "Observers note that the longer the jurors deliberate, the more likely it is they could find themselves in favour of the Jackson family, which claims AEG Live negligently hired Conrad Murray, the physician convicted over the star's death."
The length of deliberations is an indication of the possible verdict in the Michael Jackson civil trial due to the differences in procedure for civil and criminal trials.  Jurors have to answer several questions for the verdict in the Michael Jackson civil trial, and if they answer no to any question they don't have to answer any more - so the longer they deliberate, the more likely they are answering yes and moving on to the next question in the verdict.
According to the Gulf Times, the questions that determine the verdict in the Michael Jackson civil trial revolve around Dr. Conrad Murray's employment: "The first question asks whether they agree that AEG Live hired Conrad Murray - a key issue in dispute. The next asks if Murray was unfit or incompetent for the job. The third asks if AEG Live knew or should have known that Murray was unfit for the job, followed by a query on whether Conrad's incompetence harmed the Jackson family.  If they get this far, jurors will be asked if Jackson's lawyers have proven the need for damages."
The Michael Jackson Civil Trial had a lot of testimony that helped explain the death of Michael Jackson from a drug overdose. Michael Jackson died because he took an anesthetic drug.  What remains to be decided in the verdict is whether AEG Live will be held liable for the death.
Michael Jackson's personal physician, Dr. Allan Metzger, was one of the last to testify at the Michael Jackson civil trial.  Metzger testified about Jackson's skin conditions, burns and other injuries that required medical care by a variety of doctors. Metzger considered Jackson a close friend and served as best man at Michael Jackson's wedding to Debbie Rowe.
Metzger said over two days of testimony at the wrongful death civil trial that he thought Michael Jackson engaged in some doctor shopping but only used prescription medications to treat legitimate pain. Both sides in the Michael Jackson civil trial used Metzger's testimony to support their view of the wrongful death case, so it's hard to know how Metzger's testimony will effect the verdict.
Even Prince Michael Jackson testified in the Michael Jackson civil trial over his death against AEG Live.  His testimony included a harrowing account of Michael Jackson's drug addiction, and the way Michael Jackson's death affected sister Paris Jackson, who is currently in treatment for a suicide attempt.
Prince Michael Jackson testified for the courtroom in the Michael Jackson Civil Trial: "My dad was hanging half off the bed, and his eyes kind of rolled in the back of his head."Prince described for the courtroom how much the death of Michael Jackson had affected his sister Paris Jackson: "My sister came upstairs, but we kept pulling her downstairs. She was screaming the whole time saying she wants her daddy"I told my sister something that my dad always told us, that angels were still watching over him, and there had to be angels on Earth."
