‘Amazing Spider Man 2’ Best Spider Man Film Ever? New Villains, Parker Family Revelation Highlight Sequel

The sequel to the reboot "The Amazing Spider Man" will be the best Spider Man film ever. The writer and director have many films to learn from. They have a great cast of villains and the highly anticipated secret of Peter Parker's parents make the movie a must-see.

"The Amazing Spider Man 2" probably doesn't need much hype, yet it is believed to become the best Spider Man film ever. Part of it is the definitive revelation about Peter Parker's parents. It has been hinted even in the old trilogy by Sam Raimi and starring Tobey Maguire, but never really clarified.

Observers from pop culture site What Culture say:  Reports indicate that Richard and Mary Parker will have small cameos in TASM2, in the form of flashbacks of course. One report gave away that their fate would be revealed in a plane crash (which happened in the comics since they were S.H.I.E.L.D agents at the time). While we know nothing until the film comes out and reveals to us the truth, it's all speculation right now. But it would certainly do the first film justice by tying up the loose end that is Peter's mysterious and shady parents.

When the unraveling comes forth, what other truths will it unveil? Were the Parkers S.H.I.E.L.D agents the whole time? Were they working with cross-species genetics, knowing Peter would somehow become a victim of science? The roads it can take are numerous, and it's leaving a lot of the fans deeply anxious at the end result.

The  observers also hail the choice of Electro as the villain. The choice of Jamie Foxx creates possibilities of a more complex personality: "Helmed as one of the villains that damn near killed Spider-Man in one their first encounter, Electro, aka Max Dillon, is one of Spider-Man's most powerful and intimidating foes. With the ability to generate unbelievable amounts of electricity (close to one million volts), and the ability to adapt to almost every electrical circuit or piece of equipment, including power plants, Electro easily earns his stripes. There have also been instances where he can push his powers past the point of magnetism. And even beyond that. At Comic Con 2013, Marc Webb explained Electro's status as "godlike," which poses a serious threat to Spider-Man."
