David Beckham and Victoria Beckham son Brooklyn, 15,  has gotten his first part-time job at a London coffee shop.

It's no secret that the Beckhams are amongst the wealthiest celebrity families in the world but, it's no secret either that David and Victoria Beckham wants their children to live a "normal life" despite their £165million net worth.

Brooklyn, who could afford to go to anywhere in the world, buy all the gadgets he could think of, and own luxurious and expensive designer clothes without moving his finger, is being taught by his parents the value of money.

"Brooklyn has got the world at his fingertips and could have a life of luxury if he wanted," a source said. "But the lad is not that way inclined. Brooklyn and his three siblings (Romeo, 11, Cruz, 9, and Harper, 2) have all had a great start in life -- much better than most. But David and Victoria want them to know what hard work is like," according to Glamour UK.

David Beckham and Victoria Beckham's eldest child has started a weekend job at a West London coffee shop where he is paid £2.68 an hour.

Given that he is under 16-year-old, he cannot work for more than seven hours on a Saturday and has to be given an hour's break after four hours. He has reportedly already completed several shifts at the said London coffee shop.

According to several reports, an employee of the coffee shop, who wanted to remain anonymous, confirmed that Brooklyn is indeed working with them and "got on OK" with fellow baristas.

On 2013, the former England National Team Captain, revealed his parenting styles, where he said that he and his wife, Victoria, have been very hands on parents with his son Brooklyn, and the rest of the brood. He also said, that although Brooklyn wanted to do certain things, they had to hold him back.

However, the Beckham couple still wanted to give their children their freedom.

"To be honest, with our children, we let them do 99 percent of the things they want to do because we want them to lead a normal life," David said.

David Beckham and Victoria Beckham, together with their children, are currently residing in London, where the man of the family is spending his time between London and Paris. Despite retiring from professional football league last year, David is still as busy as ever, now working on bringing a soccer team to Miami.

With all his work commitment, David said that his children fully understand him.

"When you speak about the sacrifices, that's obviously the sacrifice that I have to make as a father and as a husband, being away from my family," David admitted. "... It's difficult being away from the children every single day. But they understand it, they understand that Daddy works hard."
