LG G Watch release date: As the May 27 launch of the LG G3 is less than 24 hours away, many wonder if the LG G Watch will be unveiled alongside the new flagship on May 27. Will we finally know the specs and price of this Android Wear device?

According to Trusted Reviews, the LG wearable was shown on a U.K. retailer’s website, which fuels rumors that the smart watch’s release date is tomorrow as well.

Specs of the watch include a black, white or gold color schemes, and it will work with a range of Android handsets. Features of the LG G Watch will include wrist-based messaging and call alerts, and a range of mapping and music management features.

The price of the unit is still unknown, but if it’s going to be based on the price of a Samsung Galaxy Gear 2 and the rumored price of the Moto 360, it’s possible that the range would be between $250-300.

The South Korean electronics manufacturer is set to formally unveil the G3 in London tomorrow, May 27. The website that showcased the LG G Watch listed the device as “Available Soon.”

Trusted Reviews noted that the first Android Wear watch has appeared on UnlockedMobiles.com and currently there is no detailed release date information beyond the fact that the possibly flagship wearable is coming soon.

The only detail available from LG is their confirmation that the LG G Watch will be available to consumers on the 2Q 2014, June 30 is the last day for the second quarter of this year.

Aside from the “Available Soon” listing by the U.K. retailer, some reports have also suggested that the LG G Watch may also be unveiled or demoed fully for the first time during the Google I/O conference next month.

If the LG G Watch is unveiled before the Moto 360 smartwatch by Motorola, it will become the first Android Wear device to hit the market having been announced alongside the Motorola wearable in March.
