Monday Night Raw Results 5/26: WWE Raw Recap May 26 2014: Raw started out strong with the Authority raising acting Raw GM Brad Maddox with a chokeslam from Kane and slamming him down with an announcement of him being fired from his job after allowing The Shield to be at ringside the week before.

The appearance of the Authority was also to announce the contract signing of The Shield and Evolution for Payback.

Midway of the show, The Wyatt Family cut a promo to have John Cena go out and face them. The Wyatts tried bullying JBL and then Jerry Lawler, who they almost beat up when suddenly John Cena went out to save Lawler. The Usos eventually went out to drive the Wyatts off and save Cena from a gangbang.

Also, Stephanie McMahon went out and was still insisting Daniel Bryan to give up his championship belt. She demanded for its handing over and gave Bryan an ultimatum to give up the belts or she would fire Brie Bella.

At the contract signing, tension rises as The Shield vowed to break up if they lost to Evolution on Payback. All hell broke loose after as the two groups brawled and ended when Roman Reigns was triple powerbomed through a table.
