WWE Smackdown Spoilers 5/23/14: WWE Universe prepares for the last show before Sunday's Payback show.

The show started with heat as The Shield gets on a promo and threatens to destroy Evolution on Payback after the group put Roman Reigns through a table on Raw.

Cesaro and Kofi Kingston kicked off the night with Paul Heyman appearing on the side for Cesaro. Cesaro won the match but didn't finish the brawl even after the sound of the bell. He attacked Kingston and hit the neutralizer on him.

Paige got a win after a non-title match defeating Tamina Snuka with a Scorpion Crosslock.

Bo Dallas won against Xavier Woods after a Bo Dog.

Paul Heyman made another appearance for commentary during the Bad News Barrett and Sheamus match. Sheamus won the match.

Big E made an appearance and defeated Titus O'Neil.

Adam Rose defeated Jack Swagger.

Bray Wyatt stepped in to face Jimmy Uso, who is siding on John Cena as he tries to grab a victory before Wyatt and Cena's match on Sunday. He, however, failed to grab a win after Bray Wyatt demolished him on the announcer's table
