Viewers might still have a glimpse of Greendale because even if 'Community' has been cancelled, a Hulu renewal of season 6 appears to be a possibility. One of the show's insider reports that the streaming giant is trying to come up with a deal with Sony Pictures TV for a sixth season

The insider says that if pursued, the brand new season of the EW series will have 13 episodes. 'Community' cancelled news paved way for online rallying of fans for #SixSeasonsandaMovie. NBC axed 'Community' on May 9 for it averaged 3.8 million viewers as well as 1.6 rating among viewers ages 18 to 49. Despite the critical acclaim of the series, it is reportedly struggling with its ratings.

Hulu CEO Mike Hopkins, on the other hand, claims that they are expanding the amount of the streaming service's original content. This might be a hint that 'Community' season 6 is indeed a possibility.

Hulu might be taking a tip from Netflix which revived hit series 'Arrested Development' last year. Apart from the possibility of Hulu renewal of season 6 for 'Community', the service will likewise have five shows which will air their pilot episodes this summer including 'Hot Wives of Orlando', 'Moody Family', and 'The Awesomes.'
